What AI can do
for you.

AI has revolutionised how I run my week over the last six months, from meal plans to the admin that used to eat my Sundays, and I’d love to pass that on.

If you can feel the potential but don’t know where to start, how, or whether it’s safe, this session is for you.

Three things, one hour.

Most of us use AI for small things. Googling replacements, quick rewrites, a bit of planning. The people who get more out of it aren’t smarter. They’ve learned to think about AI differently, and they know how to stay safe with it.

This hour covers what it actually takes to make AI useful in a normal week. Not the tools. The habits.

A framework for when AI sticks and when it fizzles

Most AI habits don’t survive past week two. I walk you through the Deficit-First Framework: the four conditions that make AI useful in your life, not just interesting for a week.

Writing prompts that give you something useful first try

The gap between a bad prompt and a good one is the difference between a wasted ten minutes and a tool you’ll reach for every week. The structure is simple once you’ve seen it.

Safety basics for loading personal information into AI

Which settings to check, what to strip before you share, and the simple test that tells you whether you’ve gone too far.

Four things you can use the next day.

Same framework, different use case.

When you sign up, you choose one of two streams.

Stream 1

Weekly meal plan

We build you a meal plan for the week ahead, shaped around your household, the weather, what’s in your fridge, and any dietary considerations. A richer use case, and a good one if you’re comfortable sharing more.

Stream 2

Weekly learning plan

We build you a plan for a topic or skill you’ve been meaning to get better at, shaped around the time you’ve actually got. Lighter on personal information, just as useful. Good if you’re still working out what you’re comfortable sharing.

Who’s teaching this.

Two decades designing complex change work in government and beyond. The last six months, I’ve been applying the same thinking to my own life, and now I’m sharing what I’ve learned with anyone who’s curious but not sure where to start.

The Deficit-First Framework I teach in this session is mine, developed through work with teams and individuals trying to make AI actually stick.

Pay what you can.

The session includes everything.

The live session, the recording, your tailored plan, and a reusable prompt, plus an eBook to help build your maturity.

Life is tough right now, so if money is super tight, I get it. Pay what makes most sense for you. If that’s no money right now, that’s cool. Cost of living is real and I’d rather you be in the room than priced out of it. Just when you make your millions, remember me and grab me a coffee one day.

This session raises questions that don’t have tidy answers. The grey areas are where responsible use and judgement actually live, and that’s both exciting and sobering. If you’re ready to sit in that space for an hour, I’ll see you there.
